You can get an application form from most post offices and will also need a passport sized photograph of yourself to send off with your application. Theory And Hazard Perception Test Before you can try the driving test you must pass your theory test which is 50 multiple choice questions on a variety of topics about driving. The Pass mark is 43. Straight after the theory you will do a hazard perception
test which consists of 14 video clips where you are the driver. You have to click the
computer mouse whenever you see a hazard situation developing up ahead. there is 1
main hazard on 13 of the clips, and 2 on one of
them but you won't know which one so you have to keep concentrating and clicking.
Each clip is worth 1 to 5 points, the quicker you see the hazard
the more you score. You need at least 45 points to pass. The Price of the
test is now £31.00 which must be paid to the DSA when you book
your test. You
can do this online when you clip the DSA link at the bottom of the page, or if you
decide to learn to drive with us we can do it for you if you prefer
